Relevant experience After graduating from the University of Law and Economics of Aix in Provence studying accountancy and finance, Jean-Charles started his career in a firm of chartered accountants in France. He then worked in Monaco as Deputy Finance Director in a subsidiary of an international group active in the gas and water industry. In 2005 Jean-Charles moved to Luxembourg where he started his audit career in two “mid tier” audit firms with an international reputation. In early 2011 Audit Manager at Compagnie Luxembourgeoise des Auditeurs Réunis (CLAR) S.A. and from the late 2011 at MOORE STEPHENS Audit S.A. with focus of his activities mainly in the financial and transactional engineering and other missions as well as the audit of small-and-medium local companies and international groups. Memberships Jean-Charles is registered as member of the “Ordre des Experts Comptables” (‘OEC).
